Yannick is a 2 decades long seasoned professional in the domain of ‘Payments and Transactions Processing’ who has taken up roles bridging different facets of the industry. He is a Cloud and Digital Transformation evangelist who believes that DevOps and automation in software development is a must today and the future.

Having held diverse roles spanning from hands-on coding to seeing it work from the customer perspective and strategizing about what features to bring in next to add value and stay competitive, Yannick brings a plethora of balanced knowledge that is bound to set any company on the next phase of growth.

Yannick has also held critical leadership roles in esteemed organizations that were key to the success of some of their high-profile projects and initiatives. More recently at NCR, Yannick held a role in the product management leadership team where he owned the ideation and execution of the strategic roadmap of their Transaction Processing platform pivoted on modernization and digital transformation.  

Prior to NCR, Yannick’s professional stint was primarily focused on delivering excellence in several migration and modernization projects in diverse organizations — on the vendor side such as ACI Worldwide, on the retail side such as Walgreens, on the banking side such as HSBC and CIBC and on the schemes network side such as VISA and MasterCard.

In Yannick’s current role at Opus Consulting, he leads the Transaction Processing practice within the Industry Solution Group. His focus is on bringing tailored solutions to clients in the domain of switching, payments, terminal driving, and many more, utilizing leading industry products from industry-recognized leaders.

Yannick is based out of Atlanta. He loves playing tennis. During his free time, you’ll find him on the courts trying to perfect his serve and forehand. He is still hopeful for a grand slam down the road.
