Judges will be looking for:
- Evidence of Business funding utilised for Technical development in DevOps Tooling and transformation not solely on feature development.
- KPIs and metrics validating true Business value as a direct result of DevOps implementation likes as Increased revenue, Customer retention, satisfaction, Fewer Production Incidents, Increased stability and efficiency
- Business alignment with technology with the goal of improving the ability to release quickly and safely to Production.
- Business representatives being empowered to decide when new features are turned on and off
- Earlier detection and identification of potential risks through pre-production monitoring and increased provision of production like environments
