The first one, the\u00a0Mastercard Emerging Leaders in Cyber Initiative (ELCI), will support the development of female-identifying\u00a0executive leaders in the cybersecurity industry; while the second &#8211; the\u00a0\u00a0Mastercard Cyber Range Capstone Program will\u00a0provide more hands-on cybersecurity training.<\/p>\n<p>By doing so, Canada is hoping to gain more skilled workers in the cybersecurity sector, as well as women and people of color.
