Multinational telecoms company, BT, <\/a>has announced its collaboration with Canonicals\u2019 Charmed OpenStack on Ubuntu to be a central component of its next-generation 5G Core.<\/p>\n Canonical is the parent company of Ubuntu, who, according to their website, canonical.com,<\/a> is, \u201can open source software platform that runs everywhere from the Internet of Things to the cloud.\u201d<\/p>\n
