SmartBear, the Massachusetts-based provider of software quality tools, has integrated its testing portfolio into the Atlassian<\/a> ecosystem with tools like Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence, according to a press release<\/a>.<\/p>\n By leveraging Zephyr and creating new integrations, the company plans to provide Atlassian users with a native experience for their development activities.<\/p>\n According to the release, the new integration will enable test automation across UI, API, and data layers, as well as across a range of mobile devices and browsers.<\/p>\n The company also expanded its Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) capabilities with the introduction of a new Living Documentation Jira, which enables all team members to collaborate on projects more easily.<\/p>\n “We are excited to be following our acquisition of Zephyr so quickly to help Jira users extend their workflows,\u201d said Justin Teague, CEO of SmartBear.<\/p>\n \u201cWith these new integrations, SmartBear continues to lead the way in software development and testing by being the first to provide a completely integrated test automation solution\u2014extending the native Jira experience in Zephyr.
