Whistl has selected Ensono to implement and manage the re-platforming of its IT applications to Ensono Private Cloud.<\/p>\n
The postal delivery company will migrate business-critical workloads to Ensono\u2019s private cloud platform, including its core logistics platform.<\/p>\n
The transformation of its IT infrastructure provides Whistl with a hybrid IT model that will enable it to share workloads between private and public cloud environments as required to support its service offering.<\/p>\n
In 2017, Whistl and Ensono began a review of the technology infrastructure and, under the leadership of new IT Director Jason Powell, identified a number of areas for cost optimisation and service enhancement.<\/p>\n
In addition, the new platform was selected to provide an agile, streamlined and cohesive infrastructure to support taking the business forward.<\/p>\n
The move to the cloud will increase efficiency across the business and the speed to market of new Whistl services, ensuring a better customer experience and more agile delivery.<\/p>\n
