firm plans to launch US cloud computing service"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Chinese tech company Xunlei announced it\u2019s planning to launch a cloud computing service in the United States and Europe next year.<\/p>\n<p>Xunlei launched its OneCloud service in August 2017, which lowers costs for photo storage, video, and other functions by having users contribute idle bandwidth and storage capacity.<\/p>\n<p>CEO at Xunlei, Lego Chen, said: \u201cHopefully we will start to do business in the United States market and European market in the first half of next year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe will use artificial intelligence to process users\u2019 own data to help us to service them better, but we don\u2019t want to know what artificial intelligence understands about our users.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Chen also noted the company has received more than 18 million orders for the hardware to operate OneCloud.<\/p>\n<p>Written from press release by Leah
