To \u201cjointly tap\u201d the Internet of Things (IoT) market in India, India\u2019s leading telecom service provider, Baharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL), has entered into an agreement with Aeris, a leading IoT solutions provider.<\/p>\n
The companies will offer services and IoT solutions to the public sector and small and medium businesses in India.<\/p>\n
BSNL is the only service provider currently making effort by\u00a0planning initiatives to bridge the rural-urban digital divide in the ICT sector in India.<\/p>\n
The partnership agreement is in hope for IoT projects to \u201cimprove supply chain efficiency, enhance customer experience, track and monitor assets, improve logistics and empower smart cities\u201d through solutions.<\/p>\n
Shri Anupam Shrivastava, chairman and managing director at BSNL, revealed: “As a leading Indian telecom player, BSNL has taken many steps to leverage technology to launch new services in line with the changing needs of our customers.<\/p>\n
