If you are unable to attend the event for any reason please ensure your cancellation notice is put in writing (email or post) \u2013 the following timeframes apply for refunds<\/p>\n
If your cancellation notice is received 45 days or more before the event you will receive a FULL REFUND \u2013 no refund will be given after 45 days notice.<\/p>\n
