I’ve worked in tech for 22 years and have covered a wide range of disciplines including software and hardware engineering and appreciate the importance of the relationship between the two. As a leader, I’ve worked in varying size teams with different disciplines and goals. I now have a focus on empowering software engineers to do what they do best, solve problems.
As Head of Technology Delivery for the shortbreaks software engineering team at Holiday Extras, my aim is to build an engineering culture that reflects the values of the business and drives high performance. Working closely with other engineering teams within the group to support a clear and efficient growth strategy, fast iteration, an agile mindset and a focus on pragmatic solutions that can be shipped early and often.
