Until recently (Feb), he was heading the IT Engineering function for BT’s ‘Wholesale and Ventures’ line of business – responsible for delivering outstanding services using traditional, niche and disruptive technologies – a notable success story for Ventures recently is the launch of Inlink UK units in the streets of London, which offers the general public access to free phone calls, free Wi-Fi @ amazing speeds and Digital Advertising.
In his new role as CTIO for Customer Services, Mobile and Field Engineering for Openreach – he is excited to be working directly with Communication Providers, desk and field based teams to strengthen collaboration and create amazing customer and user experiences – powered by technology.
