Jenny joined RBS in 2016 and leads Performance and Business Management for Services. Prior to joining RBS Jenny was Director of Simplicity at Telstra Corporation. She is passionate about enabling teams to work in ways that deliver their potential and has a diverse background of executive experience ranging from Customer Services and HR through to significant Project/Programme Management and agile transformation. Her experience is underpinned by her IT expertise and during her career she has held a number of operational and transformation roles across telecommunications and financial services. She loves seeing teams adopt agile and devops ways of working and hearing the stories of their learnings and success.
