The Log4j software flaws are considered one of the most dangerous flaws in recent history.

Indeed, major companies are rushing to try and fix the flaw as it could enable hackers access to computer systems and take control of them. An urgent warning was then issued by the US government’s cybersecurity agency to fix it as soon as possible.

Despite developers and businesses realising a fix last week, it was reported that the solution depended on thousand of companies putting the fix in place before it is exploited. The flaw is seen as a severe risk and vendors are urged to act immediately to identify and mitigate the products and systems using the software.
