The first available job role is IT Service Desk Engineer.

The IT Service Desk Engineer supports users by resetting passwords, unlocking accounts, setting up Single Sign-On and several other typical IT Helpdesk requests.

It has a host of other useful functions such as Outlook Configuration, lost device reporting,  new equipment resets and USB Request management. You can also use it to set up your Wi-Fi and web conferences.

It can recognise and troubleshoot a host of issues that you may be experiencing while connected to your printers and other devices and also with your VPN and IP Phones.

Most importantly, to help keep all of your requests organised it has the ability to open, close and manage support tickets.

The marketplace will soon offer Digital Employees for Administration and HR as well as other industry-specific roles. Just as robots are assisting workers in manufacturing by offloading repetitive tasks, digital workers can free human employees from rote assignments so they can concentrate on higher-value and more satisfying work.
