It was recently announced that Trellix would be partnering with Gotara in order to advance the careers of women in STEM.

Indeed, this collaboration will help create specific career growth experiences such as hands-on, personalized, and nano-learning opportunities led by STEM advisors. As only 24% of women work in cybersecurity, this initiative will make sure to help women grow their skills, accelerate their careers.

By doing so, both companies aim to foster the next generation of leaders in cybersecurity as well as tackle unconscious bias by helping women grow in the tech industry and the cybersecurity industry.
